Epping Civic Trust Concerns about NWRL

By late 2014 Epping residents, particularly those living in Ray Road and those using the intersection of Carlingford with Ray and Rawson, could be impacted by construction noise 24/7 and around 140 large spoil trucks, on our busy roads - per day!

Epping Town Centre Development

Epping Civic Trust report that the NSW State Government plans a number of 30 storey buildings for Epping Town Centre.  Department of Planning and Infrastructure (DPI) propose a public exhibition in mid to late Feb 2013.  The ECT newsletter includes the statement "Unless there is an extremely hight number of objections and much public outcry the Plan will not change."

We see that after thirty years the Raine and Horne Beecroft signs have disappeared from the lower end of Hannah Street, and been replaced with Belle Property signs.
